Position: UX/UI Visual Designer

Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 80,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5-8 years’ professional experience in UI design, graphic design, or digital product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital design projects and case studies
• Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent design tools
• Excellent aesthetic judgment and ability to deliver user‑centered, brand‑aligned designs

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring intuitive navigation and seamless user experience
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
• Produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI assets for development handoff
• Develop marketing banners, promotional creatives, social media assets, and brand visuals consistent with brand guidelines
• Support branding initiatives, campaigns, and product launches with compelling visual design
• Uphold high creative standards, explore emerging design trends, and contribute to design reviews with constructive feedback
