TOVEST Hiring: Trading Market Analyst

Remote Position | Full-time

We are seeking an experienced and engaging Market Analyst with deep expertise across multiple financial markets, including:

• Web3 and Cryptocurrency
• Gold and Crude Oil
• Forex
• US and Global Stock Markets

Core Responsibilities

• Produce daily market analysis, formulate trading strategies, and provide actionable trading signals
• Interpret major macroeconomic events and analyze their impact on various asset classes
• Host live streams, webinars, and community trading discussions
• Clearly articulate trading ideas, including entry ranges, stop-loss levels, and take-profit targets
• Engage with community members to help expand the company's trading audience
• Create professional content for social media and private trading communities
• Collaborate closely with operations and business development teams to drive user acquisition, activation, and trading volume

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a trader, market analyst, or trading educator
• In-depth knowledge of Web3, cryptocurrency, gold, crude oil, forex, and stock markets
• Strong technical and fundamental analysis skills
• Established personal brand, active social media presence, or existing trading community
• Experience with live streaming or on-camera presentation of trading strategies
• Ability to communicate complex market insights clearly and confidently
• Proven personal trading track record or a portfolio of published analysis is a plus
• Proficiency in English required; additional languages are an asset
• Reliable, self-disciplined, and adaptable to a remote work environment

Compensation

• Monthly base salary: $400–$1,500 (depending on experience, audience reach, and market expertise)
• Performance-based KPI bonuses
• Commissions based on client conversion and trading performance
• Additional rewards for outstanding performance
