JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Manager will lead the sales function, develop market strategy, and deliver revenue and margin objectives. This position requires leadership experience and accountability for people, operating results, and service or business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set sales targets, territories, account priorities, and execution plans.

• Manage sales supervisors or representatives and review pipeline performance.

• Develop pricing, channel, key account, and market growth strategies.

• Coordinate forecasts, inventory, marketing, operations, and customer delivery.

• Report revenue, margin, risks, and action plans to management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in sales management.

• Proven sales management experience with responsibility for teams and revenue targets.

• Strong commercial strategy, negotiation, forecasting, and leadership skills.

• Able to develop salespeople and manage key customer relationships.

• Experience in the relevant product or industry is preferred.
