Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store In-Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and drive sales performance to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily store operations and staff
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Ensure proper product merchandising, store cleanliness, and visual standards
- Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and accurate stock monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- With experience in retail, sales, or store supervision
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
