- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory documents, licenses, permits, and registrations.
- Maintain and organize regulatory files, records, and databases.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal departments regarding compliance matters.
- Track application submissions, renewals, approvals, and deadlines.
- Support the preparation of regulatory reports, correspondence, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in product registration, amendments, and renewal processes.
- Provide administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs team, including document control and filing.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed-pharmacist
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience in Regulatory Affairs or a related field.
- Possess the ability to work well with a team and pay attention to details.
- Proficienct in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn and put in the required time and effort to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and resourceful; can work independently as well as in a team.
