Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience managing telecom network deployment, fiber optic infrastructure, wireless network, or tower construction projects.
• Familiarity with telecommunications regulations, permitting processes, and contractor management.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and conduct regular field inspections. (Cebu-based project/open to relocation.
• Flexible to work extended hours when required to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage telecommunications projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and oversee project activities involving clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Identify project risks, issues, and constraints, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Review and approve project documentation, reports, change requests, and project deliverables.
• Ensure proper project closure, including final documentation, handover, and post-project evaluation.
