Duties and Responsibilities
*Operate production machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures
*Assemble, inspect, and package products based on quality standards.
*Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or malfunctions to the supervisor.
*Ensure products meet quality specifications and report defects immediately.
*Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area
*Follow company safety policies and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
*Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
*Record production output and complete required documentation accurately.
Qualifications
*At least College Level in Electromechanical, Electronics, or a related course.
*Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
*Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays if required.
*Detail-oriented with good visual acuity.
*Able to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
*Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
