Description
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our products and services.
- Handle incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 6 months BPO experience
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in English Language, strong customer service skills, experience in call centre operations, familiarity with BPO environments, and capability to handle blended responsibilities.
- Qualities and Traits:Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and adaptability to changing environments.
- Working Conditions:Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
