Description

This role is mainly about supporting pharmacy-related services (like prescription benefits) and making sure processes run smoothly behind the scenes.

• Read and understand guidelines (SOPs) and client instructions to make sure tasks are done correctly
• Work with different teams to complete tasks on time and maintain quality
• Check current processes and suggest ways to improve them
• Help resolve issues or escalations by coordinating with the right teams
• Handle tasks that may not always be straightforward and figure out solutions
• Support updates in healthcare plans (like changes in benefits) and help test if everything works properly
• Prepare and check reports for accuracy
• Help investigate issues and support problem-solving efforts
• Stay in close communication with international/onshore teams
• Assist in testing, monitoring, and other readiness activities

Requirements

• 4–7 years of work experience
• Background in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or RxClaim is a big advantage (experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service related to prescriptions is also okay)
• Can work independently and stay organized
• Good at analyzing data and spotting issues
• Comfortable using tools like Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
• Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in account or client coordination is nice to have
• Knowledge of healthcare or benefit plan setup is nice to have
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools is nice to have
• Experience handling projects or coordinating across teams is nice to have
