Responsible for performing carpentry, finishing, repair, and general maintenance work within the assigned property. The position mainly focuses on carpentry and finishing tasks but also requires basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and other maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work, including measuring, cutting, assembling, installing, and repairing wooden fixtures and structures

• Install and repair doors, cabinets, shelves, partitions, moldings, and other fixtures

• Perform finishing work such as sanding, varnishing, staining, painting, sealing, and surface touch-ups

• Repair damaged walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, and building fixtures

• Conduct minor masonry, tile, drywall, and ceiling repairs when necessary

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs within the employee’s level of training and authorization

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance

• Respond to repair requests and report major problems to the supervisor

• Use tools, materials, and equipment properly and safely

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow company safety rules and assigned work schedules

Job Requirements

• High school or vocational graduate

• With experience in carpentry and finishing work

• Skilled in measuring, cutting, installation, repair, sanding, painting, varnishing, and surface finishing

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, and general maintenance

• Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment

• Able to read measurements and understand simple work instructions

• Physically fit, hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Willing to perform different maintenance tasks and work flexible schedules

• TESDA certification related to carpentry, construction, or building maintenance is an advantage
