We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee hardware and engineering-related projects from planning to completion. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to project requirements. The Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware, automation, and engineering-related projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide project status updates and recommendations to the President.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and project objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, engineering projects, automation systems, material handling systems, sorting machines, or conveying systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Familiar with project management and scheduling tools such as MS Project, Gantt Charts, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferably residing within NCR.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling projects involving sorting machines, conveying systems, warehouse automation, or material handling equipment.
• Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in project implementation, installation, commissioning, and vendor management.
