Our client, a growing company in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is looking for a Field Sales Representative to manage customer accounts and develop new business opportunities across Laguna Province.

This role is ideal for a goal-oriented and customer-focused individual who is comfortable working in the field and building strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will visit existing and potential customers, present and sell company products, identify new business opportunities, and work toward achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

The role will also involve monitoring customer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and preparing timely sales reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit existing and potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Build strong customer relationships and grow accounts.
• Present and sell company products.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Submit timely sales reports.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused.
• Willing to do field work within Laguna Province.
• Can start immediately (preferred)
