The Human Resources (HR) Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative and strategic operations of a company's workforce. He/She will manage the complete employee lifecycle—including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and legal compliance—acting as a vital bridge between staff and upper management.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Design job descriptions, oversee recruitment and interviews, and manage onboarding programs.
- Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, handle grievances, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Performance & Training: Oversee performance appraisal systems and coordinate staff training and career growth.
- Compensation & Compliance: Administer pay structures and benefits while ensuring adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Align human capital strategies with overarching business objectives using HR metrics.
