Position Overview
We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Host/Server who can deliver a world-class dining experience. This hybrid role requires both the grace of a professional host—creating a welcoming first impression—and the attentiveness of a skilled server—guiding guests through a flawless meal.
Key Responsibilities
As Host:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using our booking system.
- Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate estimated wait times.
- Escort guests to their tables with a professional demeanor.
- Ensure the host stand and entry area remain tidy and inviting.
As Wine Associate/Server:
- Present menus, answer questions, and make knowledgeable recommendations.
- Take and deliver orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of table service, anticipating guest needs.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate orders.
- Process payments and thank guests sincerely at the conclusion of their meal.
