Job Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal business applications and enterprise-level systems. The role focuses on building scalable backend architectures, improving system performance, and ensuring seamless integration across business modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP Laravel
• Develop scalable and secure backend architectures following industry best practices
• Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for performance and data integrity
• Build, document, and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and third-party integrations
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues and application bottlenecks
• Implement performance optimization techniques to improve application speed and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and business stakeholders
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools and modern IDEs to improve coding efficiency and delivery quality
• Maintain technical documentation for systems, APIs, deployment procedures, and development workflows
• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability standards are consistently followed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise-level or internal business systems
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Knowledge of deployment pipelines, cloud hosting, or DevOps practices is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
