WE ARE HIRING: L1 Field Maintenance Support!
Shree Technocrat Communication Systems Inc. is looking for 5 L1 Field Maintenance Support Engineers to be deployed to our project site in Olango, Visayas for RADISYS.
Key Details
* Monthly Salary: ₱35,000 (Competitive Project-based)
* Location: Olango, Visayas
* Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Target Start Date: Mid September
Requirements
* Graduate of BS Electronics & Communications Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Vocational equivalent.
* 1–2 years of field experience in Telecom Field Operations (CCNA certification is a plus).
* Active Driver’s License Required(essential for navigating sites for maintenance & hardware support).
Core Responsibilities
* Preventive Maintenance (PM): Scheduled inspections of radio units (A6/B6/C6x), power systems, and physical cabling.
*Corrective Maintenance (CM): Site alarm/outage response and first-level troubleshooting for power and connectivity issues.
* Customer Complaint Handling: Manage tickets regarding slow speeds, Wi-Fi issues, or LOS/Link failures.
* FRU Swaps & Inventory:Identify faulty modules and replace Field-Replaceable Units (Home Gateways, SFP modules, power adapters).
