A call center agent acts as the primary liaison between a company and its customers. They handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, resolve complaints, process orders, and maintain accurate database records. Their core goal is to deliver excellent service and drive customer satisfaction
What you'll do daily:
Answer customer calls
Explain products clearly
Solve problems and answer queries
Keep accounts updated
Take detailed call notes
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
