As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients across phone, email, and live chat platforms. This position involves diagnosing technical problems, answering general questions, and providing accurate product specifications. To thrive in this role, you should possess excellent verbal communication, active listening abilities, and basic digital literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and assist with questions about products, orders, and accounts.
Provide clear explanations of company services, policies, and available options.
Investigate customer concerns and troubleshoot issues professionally.
Resolve customer problems efficiently and strive for first-call resolution.
Update customer and account information accurately.
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
