JOB DESCRIPTION

The Call Center Agent will handle inbound or outbound calls, resolve customer concerns, and meet account service targets. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer or place calls professionally and identify the purpose of each interaction.

• Provide accurate information, complete approved transactions, and resolve concerns within authority.

• Document call details, customer actions, and follow-up commitments in the assigned system.

• Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved cases using the correct process.

• Meet call handling, quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Senior High School Graduate / College Level / College Graduate.

• 0–1 year of relevant experience; qualified first-time applicants may be considered.

• Clear spoken English, good listening skills, and professional telephone etiquette.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications.

• Customer service, retail, sales, or BPO experience is an advantage.

• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, or night shifts when required.
