OPEN POSITIONS:

• Gardener

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Have experience in gardening or landscaping

- Atleast High School Graduate

- With mandatory requirements: SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN, NBI

- At least fully vaccinated

- Willing to start ASA

A gardener is responsible for the cultivation, care, and maintenance of plants, lawns, and green spaces. Core duties involve planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, weeding, and operating landscaping equipment while monitoring overall plant health and ensuring outdoor areas remain visually appealing and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant Care: Plant and transplant flowers, shrubs, and trees, while properly watering, weeding, and pruning them to promote healthy growth.

• Lawn Maintenance: Mow, trim, edge, and fertilize lawns and turf areas to maintain appropriate grass lengths.

• Pest and Weed Control: Monitor plants for diseases or pests and apply natural solutions or pesticides in a safe, controlled manner.

• Equipment Operation: Safely handle and maintain gardening tools and light machinery, such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers.

• Property Upkeep: Keep gardens, walkways, and patios clear of debris, litter, and fallen leaves, and ensure the grounds remain tidy.

• Seasonal Planning: Adjust gardening techniques and execute landscape plans according to seasonal changes and specific climate conditions
