Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and supervise the accounting team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the accounting team.
• Review and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger transactions.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
• Review journal entries and financial records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and internal controls.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff performance.
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making reports.
