Description
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain collections policy and to make sure it was regularly being followed.
- Create, monitor, and update collections reports.
- Conduct agent evaluation and coaching.
- Work closely with collections and verification management to achieve the target collections and verification target per month.
- Facilitate huddles, meetings, and calibration.
- Facilitate or assist on training roll-out such as but not limited to new hires training and upskill training.
- Point person for complaint coordination and resolution for collections and verification.
- Assist in screening and hiring of agents.
- Propose improvements for collections and verifications.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Have good communication skill in English language.
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- With people management experience in Collections environment. Experience with Verification is a plus but not required.
- Willing to work on site, weekends and holidays
