I. Position Summary:

 

Produces supermarket sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services.

Main Focus: stocking shelves and delivery for stock replenishments, arranging and maintaining product displays, pricing products, and monitoring the store inventory. Also analyze sales data to identify best-selling lines and to develop promotional strategies.

  • In-charge for the supervision, strict tracking of stock movement and stock inventory to the assigned area of territory/accounts.
  • Completes call report by observing display and pricing of competitors' products.
  • Helps with special promotions by setting-up displays at aisle ends; checking daily on special promotions; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period.
  • Provides information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of supermarkets in assigned territory.
