As a Project Manager at Carl Ocab Digital Marketing Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth execution of projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Your role will involve balancing external client communication and internal team coordination to deliver quality results. Key Responsibilities

Daily External/Client Work:

• Conduct daily check-ins on project progress and provide clients with updates before the end of the day.
• Communicate with clients via calls or emails as needed to address their concerns.
• Monitor the status of project payments and follow up with clients regarding any pending payments in coordination with finance.
• Provide daily support to clients, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
• Follow the seven phases of development for each client to ensure process consistency.

Daily Internal/Team Work:

• Understand project requirements thoroughly and familiarize yourself with the Web Design and Development (WDD) process, including domain setup, hosting, and project workflows.
• Coordinate with the design and development teams, ensuring tasks are properly delegated and aligned with project goals.
• Lead kick-off calls with the team before the design and development phases.
• Collaborate with the finance department to manage project billing and invoicing.

Weekly:

• Participate in WDD weekly calls to review project updates and align with the team.
• Facilitate kick-off calls with clients to ensure clear communication and alignment before starting new project phases.

Monthly:

• Request client testimonials and reviews for completed projects to enhance the company’s portfolio and reputation.

• At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with project workflows in web design and development is a plus.
• Proficiency in coordinating with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and finance.
