We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support-Data Specialist with a strong focus on data. The ideal candidate will support our data processes, ensure data quality, and help with data-driven decisions. This role involves working with various departments to improve data workflows and resolve data issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Grabbing:

• Identify and extract relevant data leads from various sources.
• Ensure data accuracy and relevance according to project requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all leads obtained.

Skip Tracing:

• Utilize specialized tools and techniques to locate and verify missing or incomplete information.
• Cross-reference multiple data sources to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards in data retrieval.

Data Management:

• Organize and maintain large data sets within Excel spreadsheets.
• Ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and formatted according to company standards.
• Implement and manage data validation rules to maintain data integrity.

Data Optimization:

• Develop and implement efficient data organization and storage strategies.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Excel formulas, macros, and other tools.
• Continuously seek ways to improve data processes and workflows.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with other team members and departments to understand data needs and requirements.
• Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team leaders and management regarding project status and any issues encountered.

Working Hours:

PH Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezone)

Compensation:

• $3/hr
• Weekly Payout

• More than 1 year of experience focused on data, preferably in a BPO Setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data extraction and manipulation tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Technical Proficiency:

• Experience with database management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in Macro Formulas is a plus.
• Knowledge of data processing and automation tools is a plus.

Equipment Requirement:

• Candidates must have a dual monitor setup to facilitate effective dialer monitoring during the entire shift.

PC Specifications:

• Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS (latest version)
• Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
• RAM: 8 GB or higher
• Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space.
• Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 100mbps+ preferred.
• Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.
