This role as a member of the Sales Team will handle new acquisitions and customer retention. You are responsible for lead generation and sales conversion. You will manage and track sales targets, and sales campaigns.

1. According to the project requirements, including but not limited to characters, scenes and rendering, you can make multi-dimensional innovative attempts and apply them to the project with high quality;
2. Have aesthetic and modeling abilities, and independently create high-precision 3D models and textures of characters, scenes, and props according to the setting drawings and reference materials;
3. Experienced in modeling of characters/scenes in various art styles (European and American/realistic/classical/), with strong control ability;
4. Have rich experience in hand-painting and next-generation game art production, and have experience in large-scale project development with successful commercial operations are preferred;
5. Understand the production process of 2D and 3D games, and be able to correctly understand the needs of 3D art;

5. Preparation of Training Examination and feedback from participants

1. Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
