Description
- Track and update vehicle and motorcycle statuses, including GPS activation, maintenance schedules, repairs, and renewals.
- Review and monitor reports on the actual condition of vehicles (e.g., scratches, dents, or repair needs).
- Monitor vehicle condition reports and ensure minimal downtime for repairs and maintenance.
- Verify that all vehicles carry complete travel compliance documents (OR/CR).
- Ensure all vehicles are operational and meet company standards.
- Oversee vehicle bookings and usage across all branches.
- Monitor fuel transactions under Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Revolving Funds, and Fleet Cards.
- Ensure accurate recording and proper utilization of fuel for all equipment and vehicles.
- Process and track fuel requests for all vehicles and equipment.
- Reconcile manual records with ERP system balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor incoming equipment deliveries and coordinate with QA and Service Teams.
- Manage inventory and safekeeping of equipment keys.
- Oversee and track scheduled deliveries to ensure timely execution.
- Verify travel distances, fuel allocations, and delivery expenses.
- Monitor truck travel times and driver overtime for accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain records of trucking service providers and cost quotations.
- Verify the actual status and condition of all equipment in the inventory.
- Ensure that all allocated units for reservations and preparations are accurately tracked and coordinated with the QA and Service Teams.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to align on equipment allocations.
- Check the actual travel time of trucks during deliveries to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Accept and performs such other functions as maybe assigned by direct heads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (typically 1-2 years).
- Experience with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS systems) and knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and transportation management.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
