Description
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations efficiently, including booking, confirming, and accommodating special requests.
- Answer and direct phone calls, addressing inquiries about the restaurant and its offerings.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service.
- Assist with cashiering duties, processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless service operations.
Requirements
- With at least 1 year or more of experience as a receptionist in a resort or hotel is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to start immediately.
