Senior Sales Representative – Electrical Products
Location: Cavite
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth in the electrical distribution and switchgear industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering technical solutions to contractors, electricians, and wholesalers. If you have a strong sales background and technical knowledge in distribution boxes, panels, and electrical components, we’d love to hear from you!
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals to close deals.
Customer Service:
- Respond to inquiries and provide technical assistance regarding product specifications and installation.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Provide product feedback to improve offerings.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain sales records in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Technical Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends and product advancements.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and their applications.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector.
Skills:
- Strong technical understanding of electrical distribution products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- A valid driver’s license (own vehicle is an advantage)
