Description
Over-all Purpose: To promote and sell the company's products and/or services by reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals. Responsible for driving sales growth and Company awareness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in identification of prospective borrowers both on Corporate and Individual Key Products.
· Conducts, schedules and appointments for prospective clients
· Coordinates client’s submission documentation requirements process.
· Creates, develops and safe keeps database
· Capable of both office and field work
· Good interpersonal skills with experience in the field of Sales or Marketing
· Directly reports to the Sales/Marketing Manager
· Ensures that customer accounts are dealt within a timely and efficient manner, addressing any problems that may arise
· Develops accounts, building up regular clients and encouraging any new clients.
· Discussion of rates and other deductions to the clients.
· Dealing with the client’s expectation.
· Executes strategies and schemes aligned to the departmental goals.
· Regularly conducts sales text and calls, product presentations (PDOS ORIENTATION/TRAINING), flyering’s to their respective agency, postings using any social media platform, to tap the productions and potential accounts.
· Should be accountable with their accts. thru Monitoring of Joining and ongoing payments of the client with their Monitoring Reports.
· Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
· In-charge for day-to-day itinerary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field for fresh graduates / 1-2yrs of experience in sales related profession
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, sales training, and CRM tools.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage customers, promote products, and build relationships.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experiences: With or without 1-2 years+ of experience.
