Job Description

Description

  1. Assist in the sales target achievement of company products.
  2. Monitor the business development to the identified MD’S tagged for sales and demand generating activities.
  3. Provides product training in line with market trends and analytics that will support the field force in the implementation of the marketing programs.
  4. Conducts business review with districts to identify problems that prevents productivity and sales achievement.
  5. Conducts field work and courtesy visits to top customers and perspective clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices.
