Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Channel Marketing Director to lead and optimize the management of our key marketing channels, including Grab, GCash, Viber, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing channel-specific marketing strategies, building strong partnerships, and driving growth through innovative campaigns.
This role requires a visionary leader who can integrate data-driven insights, foster collaboration, and deliver measurable results while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to specific channels like Grab, GCash, and Viber.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends within each platform to maximize customer engagement and revenue.
- Channel Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of over 20 digital marketing channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with channel representatives to unlock co-marketing opportunities.
- Campaign Execution:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging the unique features of each platform to drive conversions and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce tailored content that resonates with target audiences.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze campaign performance across channels using key metrics and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve ROI and guide future strategies.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including branding, product, and data analytics, to ensure cohesive execution of channel strategies.
- Lead a team of channel marketing leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the budget allocated for channel marketing activities, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.
