• Responsible to Control Production Quality Process.
• Coordinates the quality requirements, concerns & issues to Production and PPC
• Responsible for making & analyzing countermeasure for customer claims/problems
• Check & monitor the parts status from production parts based on Quality Process Control.
• Conduct parts evaluation prior mass production.
• Check and analyze any quality process change prior to mass production (Assembly/Injection).
• Check the minor changes that deviates from quality standard.
• Monitor countermeasure implementation & effectiveness at the production (Assembly/Injection).
• Conduct In-Process Audit in the production.
• Check & verify parts in the production for any quality matters.
• Consolidate data from production for quality analysis report.
• Coordinates to production quality related issues and concerns.
• Prepares and check Quality Documentation as required by the customer.
• Handles customer inquiries, concerns and complaints.
• Analyze and make countermeasures for the complaints issued by the customer.
• Prepare and check the limit samples reference and for customer approval.
• Secures the approved limit samples signed by the customer.
• Responsible to attends customer quality audit and meetings.
• Responsible for checking and updating of approved customer limit samples.
• Check & evaluates parts with customer claims for parts verification.
• Prepares IPP tag and data of initial mass production parts / exceptional events.
• Responsible to handle, check & evaluate parts under development stage.
• Prepares and make monthly quality activity performance results both internal and external.
• Reports the daily quality results/outputs and other related issues to QA Supervisor & QA Manager.

• 1- 3 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree required
