Job Description
Description
1. Supports RMU Heads in initiating and coordinating the development of appropriate methods for obtaining relevant official statistical data from day-to-day transactions, platforms, surveys, internal tracking tools, and from ERP and other system records.
2. Collects, cleans, and validates data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
3. Structures data with the project end goal in mind, and ensures the quality of collected data for accuracy, consistency, and comparability.
4. Designs different options for data visualization and reports.
5. Contributes to the development of relevant databases of official statistics, web publishing tools and other software for collection, storage, and distribution of statistical data.
6. Prepares technical documents, dashboards and contributes to relevant unit with RMU.
7. Develops, updates, and maintains RMU reports both from ERP and other data sources.
8. Prepares RMU periodic and ad hoc analytical reports.
9. Develops and maintains a strong business working knowledge of all RMU ERP implemented modules’ capabilities in order to effectively utilize all capabilities and mitigate downstream impacts.
10. Provides support in response to MAC initiative activities led by SRMO, such as process and system improvements, ongoing system configuration, and system upgrades, testing, troubleshoot and support in resolving errors in data analytics, etc.
11. Supports and participates in data maintenance activities (i.e., manage inactive, duplicate and missing records, etc.) as required.
12. Processes requests for creation, maintenance and/or deletion of codes in the Data in the ERP and integrated systems, in coordination with relevant units/departments and users.
13. Documents commonly asked questions and providing input to the knowledge database.
14. Contributes to key RMU initiatives on continuous improvement process such as data management tool and collaborate with internal stakeholders as necessary.
15. Undertakes other duties that may be assigned from time to time which are commensurate to the position.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field from an accredited academic institution, with 3 years of relevant professional experience in procurement and logistics, international vendor sourcing and contract negotiation
- At least three (3) years of experience in data structuring, working with MS Excel, data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Experience in programming languagues, e.g. Python, Java, Java Script, etc.
- Experience in and good insight knowledge and usage of Power Platform, including Power Apps.
- Experience in using other IT applications such as Visio is desirable.
- ERP SAP or Oracle experience is advantageous, but not essential.
