The Encoder will be responsible for converting data into specific formats, ensuring that all encoding tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Typing Skills:
• Proficiency in typing, typically 40-60 words per minute or higher. Accuracy is critical to minimize errors in data entry.
• Attention to Detail:
• Ability to spot inconsistencies or mistakes in data, ensuring high-quality and accurate output.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with data entry software and database management systems (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).
• Basic understanding of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel).
• Data Management:
• Ability to categorize, organize, and update data efficiently.
• Familiarity with different types of data, such as alphanumeric, numerical, or encoded data.
• Communication:
• Clear communication skills for reporting data issues or clarifications to supervisors or other team members.
• Time Management:
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity.
• Confidentiality & Security Awareness:
• Knowledge of how to handle sensitive data in accordance with privacy laws and regulations
