In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and assistance to our valued customers. Leverage your expertise in IT support to ensure the seamless operation of home appliances and deliver exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to home appliances
- Provide step-by-step guidance and support to help customers resolve technical problems
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product information and technical developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely problem resolution

Requirements
What we're looking for
- Atleast 1 year BPO experience of international voice account
- Must have completed Senior High School (New Curriculum) | High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear and empathetic support to customers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
