Description
- Oversee filing and payment of Business permits, licenses, registrations, etc.
- Assists visitors
- Monitor and process payment of utilities
- Monitor and compile Insurance of the company
- Issue PO for fuel
- Monitor and check petty cash liquidations
- Process employee requests for payments and nontrade requisitions
- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels/accommodations.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, encoding data, copying, etc.
- Oversee the schedule of meetings and conference calls and arrange and manage meetings.
- Submits timely reports and prepares presentations as assigned
- Track stock of office supplies and replenish when necessary
- Manage agenda/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for Sales and Management
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
- Reports to Administrator
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with respect for deadlines
- Ability to identify errors and solve problems.
- Decisive and critical thinker.
- Ability to multitask daily to ensure the completion of several tasks and maintain daily activities at work.
