We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a focus on inventory and supplier coordination to join our team. This role combines administrative support with inventory management and supplier liaison responsibilities, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient supply chain management.


Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure proper stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
  • Monitor usage trends and forecast inventory needs to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Supplier Coordination:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and terms.
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any supplier-related issues.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
  • Support daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for inventory and supplier expenses.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline inventory and procurement processes.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in procurement activities.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory and supplier reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration, inventory management, or procurement.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and office productivity tools .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier management.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.



Preferred Skills:


  • Knowledge of supply chain principles or procurement best practices.
  • Experience in budgeting and cost control.
