- Manage site operations, coordinate with teams, ensure project timelines.
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities.
- Ensure project schedules and budgets are adhered to.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation.
- Resolve onsite issues and implement solutions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Engineer is a must
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in site engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and PlanSwift.
- Working Conditions: On-site presence with potential exposure to outdoor elements.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
