HR Specialist supports the HR Team with day-to-day tasks, including recruitment, employee on boarding, maintaining records, and assisting with employee inquiries. The role ensures HR process run smoothly and helps maintain positive workplace environment.

• Recruitment : Assist with job postings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• On boarding : Help with new employee orientation and on boarding paper works.
• Record Management : Maintain and update employee files and HR data bases.
• Employee Support : Address basic employee questions about HR policies and benefits.
• Administrative Tasks : Provide general administrative support to the HR Team.
• Mandatory Benefits: Help process mandatory benefits of the employees.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a Psychology graduate.
• 1+ year of HR Experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
