Description

  • Job Summary:
  • The Accounting Services Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the team, ensuring accurate and efficient accounting processes. This role involves managing client and investor financial interests, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting. Additionally, the position requires leadership in supervising the team involved in visa processing, ensuring smooth operations and financial accountability.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the accounting team in daily financial operations.
  • Oversee client and investor financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
  • Monitor and optimize financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Supervise and support the team handling visa processing, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and implement best practices for financial management and operational workflow.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve financial and operational outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Experience in handling client and investor financial interests, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of visa processing operations or experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Amenable to work 6days/week. Monday-Saturday (10:00AM-7:00PM).
