THAI LANGUAGE PLUS ENGLISH CSR
Must be Fluent in Thai & English Language
Job Summary:
We are looking for 10 enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives fluent in Thai and English to join our growing team. This role involves providing outstanding support to Thai-speaking clients through various communication channels. No prior experience is required however all levels are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Thai and English.
- Address customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Update and manage customer records accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Meet performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
