Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives.


Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Organize engagement programs, team-building activities, and employee feedback sessions.
  • Ensure workplace policies promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.


Training & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and arrange training programs for employee growth.
  • Develop and implement leadership development initiatives.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.


Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
  • Develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
  • Align performance goals with business objectives.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer payroll, employee benefits, and compensation packages.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding wages and benefits.
  • Review and recommend changes to compensation structures.


Compliance & HR Policies:

  • Ensure company policies comply with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and handle disciplinary actions.


HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce planning.
  • Prepare reports on hiring trends, employee retention, and HR effectiveness.
  • Use HR software to manage employee records and automate processes.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD) is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience for HR Specialists; 5+ years for HR Managers.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
