HMR Philippines is seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Selling Host to lead our social media sales, especially on TikTok. The ideal candidate is charismatic, camera-friendly, and skilled at creating exciting, interactive live content that drives sales and builds community. Key Responsibilities:

• Host Live Selling Events: Conduct energetic and engaging live streams on TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms to showcase products, answer questions, and drive sales.
• Product Presentation: Highlight product features, demonstrate uses, and create compelling narratives to captivate the audience.
• Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers in real-time, respond to comments, and build a community through authentic connections.
• Content Creation: Plan and produce short-form videos, teasers, and behind-the-scenes content to promote upcoming live sessions.
• Sales and Reporting: Track sales performance during live sessions, provide insights, and help optimize future streams.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, viral challenges, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

• Experience in hosting, sales, or content creation (live streaming experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills with a confident on-camera presence.
• Familiarity with TikTok features (live streaming, effects, analytics) and other social media platforms.
• Ability to think quickly, handle live feedback, and maintain high energy throughout streams.
• Passion for engaging with online communities and building meaningful connections.
• Bonus: Background in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
