We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. The Production Worker is responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble products and parts according to specifications
• Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks
• Pack goods for shipment and label packages appropriately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
• Assist with inventory control and restocking supplies as needed
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus
• Ability to stand, lift, and move for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime
