We are looking for a Tech-Savvy Support Specialist with experience in blockchain and crypto technology. The ideal candidate should be familiar with crypto wallets, exchanges, and decentralized applications (dApps) and have strong problem-solving skills to assist users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for users of Company’s blockchain-based products.
• Assist customers with crypto wallets, exchanges, and smart contract-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related technical issues.
• Create and update support documentation and FAQs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

• Experience in a technical support role for a crypto, blockchain, or fintech product.
• Strong understanding of crypto wallets, exchanges, and blockchain technology.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with help desk tools and customer support software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
