To ensure accuracy between actual stocks quantity and system records, help calculate profits and losses accurately and keep the business running smoothly.
Will conduct inventory count, review inventory process and transactions, and reconcile actual count date versus inventory balance in the system.
1. Will conduct inventory count, prepare reconciliation to HOF warehouse & production and analyze cause of variances.
2. Prepare variance report and summary of findings for submission to the Supervisor.
3. Prepare and submit audit report with recommendations to the Audit Supervisor 5 days upon receipt of the response of the auditee.
4. Perform other special audits/special project based on the need of the department and current issues need of the department and current issues need to be addressed.

3. Assists in the preparation of reports, analysis and other recommendation to clients.

1. May participate in overall planning of engagement to the extent of his familiarity with the particular engagement either thru experience or participation in preliminary survey.
2. Calls the attention of staff in charge of engagement or others as directed by staff in charge of specific problems encountered in the course of undertaking an assignment.

4. Undertakes various assignments within the scope of audit.

1. Sees that assignments are completed on time with the highest degree of accuracy and quality and at a minimum cost.

3. Organizes and protects all working papers relevant to a particular assignment.

A. Accountable on the processing and reporting Liquidation of Advances to Officers and Employees (AOE)
a. To check and validate the documents of liquidation for Advances to officers and employees and emergency fund (EF)
b. To secure monitoring schedule and reconciliation of Account to be submitted to Audit Manager weekly - AOE
c. Notification of employee of the unliquidated budget weekly
d. To check and validate the transfer summary and documents
e. To secure monitoring schedule and reconciliation of accounts to be submitted to Audit Manager weekly
f. Recommend problematic employees and recommend delisting from authorized disbursing officers
g. audit of documentary requirements in compliance with BIR rulings
B. Accountable on the processing and reporting of Liquidation of Prepaid purchases
a. To check and validate the documents of liquidation for prepaid purchases
b. To secure monitoring schedule and reconciliation of Account to be submitted to Audit Manager weekly
c. Notification of employee of the unliquidated transactions weekly
d. To issue notification of compliance status every Tuesday
e. Timely Submission of Monthly Reports every 7th of the month
f. Audit of assets purchases (properties, equipment, vehicles, other company assets) and ensure completion and proper documentation of transactions
g. Recommend problematic suppliers and recommend delisting from accredited suppliers
