Description
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless user interfaces.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop user personas, customer journeys, and interaction flows.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in design elements by following UI/UX best practices and brand guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Ability to think critically and solve design challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or mobile applications.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
