Outpatient Medical Coder is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of medical coding processes for outpatient services. This role involves reviewing coded records, identifying discrepancies, and providing feedback to maintain coding quality and adherence to industry standards. The QA/Team Lead also supervises and mentors a team of coders, conducts audits, implements best practices, and collaborates with other departments to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, they stay updated with coding guidelines and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate medical documentation and reimbursement.

Work setup:

• Dayshift

Salary and Perks:

• Competitive salary range of Php 60,000 - Php 80,000
• HMO coverage starting on Day 1, including dependents
• 13th-month pay
• Weekends off
• 10% night differential

• Active COC or CPC license
• At least 5 years of experience in outpatient coding
• Minimum of 1 year of QA outpatient coding experience (preferred but not required)
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader (preferred but not required)
