职责：
设计、建模、实施和维护完全基于区块链的衍生品去中心化交易所（DEX）。

Requirements
要求：
1. 深刻理解区块链技术、智能合约开发和 DeFi 协议。
2. 具有数学或金融工程背景者优先考虑。
3. 至少需要 3 年的 Solidity 合约构建和部署生产级别合约的经验。
4. 要求精通 Solidity，同时在至少一种非智能合约语言（最好是 JavaScript/TypeScript 或 Python）方面具备专业知识。
5. 必须全面了解 Uniswap V2 协议，熟悉 Uniswap V3 将被视为重要优势。
6. 要求及时了解最新的 DeFi 技术和行业趋势，同时对主流 DeFi 产品背后的经济原理有扎实的理解。
7. 出色的沟通和团队合作能力，强大的逻辑思维能力，遵循良好编码实践的习惯，以及精通技术文档编写是必不可少的。
