Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Engineering
• Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry
• Knowledgeable in Drafting
• Highly dynamic
• Metric-driven
• Experience in close tolerance manufacturing environment with responsibilities in machine operation and programming

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise machinists’ daily work
• Check and evaluate accomplishment reports of machinists
• Monitor mould development schedules
• Check and evaluate fabricated moulds
• Plan, schedule, and implement rules and regulations
• Perform duties that may be assigned
• Participate in the creation of the daily machine schedule, providing feedback on feasibility, flow, and operator capacity
• Ensure all machines are running in accordance with the daily published schedule and objectives
• Actively mentor and participate in the training of machinists, including goal setting, reviews, and completion of annual performance evaluations
• Set up machines, adjust settings, perform calibration, and conduct maintenance
